On the other hand, teaching in private language schools is easier to obtain than International schools. The English language is a growing business in many parts of the world particularly Asia and Eastern Europe. Those who are taking part in the development of its practice acquire a good career ahead. To be able to teach English in private school institutions, they stipulate you are effective in its application both verbal and written, with certain requirements. The courses last around four weeks; also it can be completed online. Some language schools prefer native English speakers who do not need ESL qualification, but others may choose otherwise. Some native speakers tend to be harder to understand for many English language bloomers because of their complex intonation which they cannot follow easily.
Many of the teachers who have ESL qualifications are from countries whose mother tongue is not English, and they can understand better the gradual process of learning and empathize.
